BRC Ratings - S&P Global S.A. SCV discloses the technical document corresponding to the Extraordinary Review of the N-14 Pesos TIPS.

The Board of Directors of Titularizadora approved the 2023 year-end financial statements, the year-end management report, the profit distribution project, and the date of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting for March 22, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings - S&P, in Extraordinary Review, confirmed the rating of the TIPS A N-16, raised to A from A- that of the TIPS B N-16, raised to BBB from BBB- that of the TIPS Mz N-16 and raised to BB+ from BB that of the TIPS C N-16.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings - S&P, in Extraordinary Review, confirmed the rating of the TIPS A N-15, raised the rating of the TIPS B N-15 to A from A, the TIPS Mz N-15 rating to BBB from BBB, and the rating of the TIPS C N-15 was raised to BB+ from BB

The BRC Ratings - S&P Technical Committee, in Extraordinary Review, confirmed the ratings of TIPS A N-14 and TIPS B N-14. It also went up to BBB- from BB+ for the TIPS Mz N-14.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings - S&P, in Extraordinary Review, confirmed the rating of the TIPS A N-13, raised the rating of the TIPS B1 N-13 to AA from A+, raised the rating of the B2 N-13 TIPS to A- from BBB and withdrew the positive outlook from the B1 and B2 series.
