BRC Ratings S&P Global S.A. SCV discloses the technical document corresponding to the Periodic Review of the UVR U-6 Social Tips.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings-S&P Global, in its Periodic Review, affirmed the rating of the TIPS Pesos A N-14. It also upgraded the TIPS B N-14 rating to A- from BBB and the TIPS Mz N-14 rating to BB+ from BB-. It also removed the positive outlook on TIPS B N-14.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings S&P Global, on periodic review, affirmed the long-term debt ratings of AAA for the UVR A U-6 Social Tips, BBB+ for the UVR B-1 U-6 Social Tips and BB+ for the UVR B-2 U-6 Social Tips.
