The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings S&P Global S. A. SCV in its periodic review confirmed the long-term debt ratings of AAA to the Tips UVR A U-5 and AA- to the Tips B U-5. It also confirmed the ratings of A- and BB+ to the Mz and C series, respectively.

BRC Ratings S&P Global S.A. SCV discloses the technical document corresponding to the Periodic Review of TIPS Pesos N-20

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings - S&P Global S. A. SCV confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips Pesos A N-13.  of AAA of the Tips Pesos A N-13. In addition, it upgraded the ratings of the B-1 and B-2 series to A+ and BBB  from A and BBB-, respectively, and assigned them a positive outlook.

Titularizadora Colombiana S.A. informs the decision adopted by the Board of Directors on July 27, 2023, regarding the appointment of the members belonging to the Board of Directors Support Committee called Risk Committee (see annex).
