We inform about the signing of the management contract of mortgage loans and residential leasing contracts with Davivienda, assets to be securitized in the issuance of securities TIPS PESOS N-24.

BRC Ratings - S&P Global S.A. SCV, in its periodic review, confirmed the AAA long-term debt rating of TIPS A N-16. It also confirmed the A rating of TIPS B N-16, TIPS Mz N-16 and TIPS C N-16, BB+. It assigned a positive outlook to these three series.
