We inform that the contract for the administration of car loans with Banco Finandina S.A. BIC has been signed, in order to be securitized in the TIV V-7 issuance.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings-S&P Global S. A. SCV in an extraordinary review confirmed the long-term debt rating of TIPS A N-23 of AAA, TIPS B-1 N-23 of AA and TIPS B-2 N-23 of BBB.
