Further to the relevant information disclosed on November 26, 2025 regarding the execution of the purchase and administration agreements by Titularizadora Colombiana S.A., we hereby inform the purchase price of the vehicle loan portfolio acquired from Finanzauto S.A. BIC and the indebtedness used for such purpose, as detailed in the attached document.
