Informs about the development of a securitization process of car loans in Colombian Pesos through the TIV V-9 Issue, to be conducted by the Titularizadora Colombiana S.A.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings - S&P Global S.A. SCV, in an extraordinary review, confirmed the rating of the Tips Pesos A-1 N-24 as AAA, Tips Pesos A-2 N-24 as AAA, Tips Pesos B-1 N-24 as AA, and Tips Pesos B-2 N-24 as BBB.

BRC Ratings - S&P Global S.A. SCV, in a periodic review, confirmed the long-term debt rating of the TIPS A N-14 of AAA. It also upgraded the rating of the TIPS B N-14 to A from A- and upgraded the rating of the TIPS Mz N-14 to BBB from BBB-. Additionally, it assigned a Positive Outlook to the B and Mz series.
