BRC Ratings - S&P Global S.A. SCV publishes the technical document corresponding to the initial rating of TIV V-11.

Titularizadora Colombiana shares the Periodic Report for the End of the Year 2024, corresponding to the Universalidad TIPS PESOS N-20. See attached.

Fitch Ratings withdrew the long-term national rating of Universalidad TIL L-4, tranche C, and designated it as PIF(col) (PIF; paid in full) due to its full repayment as of March 2025.

Titularizadora Colombiana reports on the probability that, no later than August 2025, the ground for early liquidation of the TIPS Pesos N-7 issuance will occur. See attached report.

BRC Ratings–S&P Global S. A. SCV confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips Pesos A N-23 and the rating of AA for the Tips Pesos B-1 N-23. Additionally, it assigned a positive outlook to the BBB rating of the Tips Pesos B-2 N-23.
