The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings – S&P Global S. A. SCV, in its periodic review, confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips UVR A U-2, upgraded the rating of the Tips UVR B U-2 to AA from A, upgraded the rating of the Tips UVR Mz U-2 to A from BBB, and upgraded the rating of the Tips UVR C U-2 to B+ from B-.

SCV, in its periodic review, confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips UVR A U-4, upgraded the rating of the Tips UVR B U-4 to AA- from A+, upgraded the rating of the Tips UVR Mz U-4 to A from BBB+, and upgraded the rating of the Tips UVR C U-4 to BBB+ from BBB-.

Fitch Ratings withdrew the national long-term ratings of the bonds from Universalidad TIV V-2, tranches B-1, B-2, and C, and designated them as PIF(col) (PIF; paid in full) due to their full repayment as of February 2025.
