Fitch publishes the thecnical document that supports ratings of TIV V-1

It is reported on the appointment of Dr. Nicolás García Trujillo as member of the Titularizadora Colombiana S.A.´s Board of Directors as substitute in the fourth line.

The resignation of Dr. Adriana Martínez to the position of Alternate Legal Representative and Business Development Vice President of the Titularizadora Colombiana S.A is reported. It will be effective on February 28, 2021. The new designation will be informed on the corresponding date.
