Titularizadora Colombiana informs the resignation of Dr. Jorge Alberto Linares as a member of its Board of Directors in the fourth alternate line, as well as in his capacity as a member of the Audit, Real Estate Board and Investments committees.

The resignation of Dr. Adriana Martínez to the position of Alternate Legal Representative and Business Development Vice President of the Titularizadora Colombiana S.A is reported. It will be effective on February 28, 2021. The new designation will be informed on the corresponding date.
