Securities backed by vehicle loans classified as ordinary credit, granted to individuals by banks and non-banks originators. The securities have a 5-year maturity due to a revolving structure that enables temporary purchase of new loan portfolios with scheduled and early amortizations by the borrowers. Origination and servicing standards called for by the Master Servicing process guarantee an optimal management of the loan portfolios and the good performance of the issues.
Securities are backed by guaranteed credit-backed debt originated by second tier banks. Securities are tied to the consumer price index (IPC). Securities have a 12-year maturity term and a AAA rating. Prepayment risk is mitigated through the possibility to purchase loans that meet the eligibility criteria initially defined. Securities are traded in the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia.
