Further to the material information published on February 23, 2026, regarding the execution of the purchase and servicing agreements by Titularizadora Colombiana S.A., we hereby report the purchase price of the vehicle loan portfolio acquired from Finanzauto S.A. BIC and the indebtedness incurred to finance such purchase, as set forth in the attached document.
