Further to the material information published on August 12, 2026, regarding the execution of the purchase and servicing agreements by Titularizadora Colombiana S.A., we hereby report the purchase price of the vehicle loan portfolio acquired from Finanzauto S.A. BIC and the indebtedness incurred to finance the transaction, as set forth in the attached document.
