The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings - S&P, in Extraordinary Review, confirmed the ratings of the A2 N-20 TIPS and the N-20 B TIPS, raised the Mz N-20 TIPS to BB- from BB, raised the N-20 C series to BB from B+, and withdrew the positive outlook from the Mz series.
