We inform that the contract for the administration of car loans with Finanzauto S.A. has been signed, in order to be securitized in the TIV V-8 issuance.

SCV confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips UVR A U-4, upgraded the rating of the Tips B U-4 to A+ from A, raised the rating of the Tips Mz U-4 to BBB+ from BBB, and increased the rating of the Tips C U-4 to BBB- from BB+. Additionally, the Mz series was removed from the negative CreditWatch status.
