The Board of Directors of the Titularizadora approved financial statements for the end of the year 2018, Management Report, Profit Distribution Project and date of the Ordinary General Shareholders´ Meeting for March 21 at 3:00 p.m.

The decision of the Board of Directors to amend the Titularizadora´s Code of good governance is reported. See attached file

The resignation of Dr. Ricardo Molano León to the position of Secretary General and Alternate Legal Representative of the Titularizadora Colombiana S.A is reported. It became effective on April 5, 2019. The new designation will be informed on the corresponding date.

We inform that the procedure of mortgage loans repurchase corresponding to Universality TIPS Pesos N-12, from the issue TIPS Pesos N-12 , took place in April 2019.

Titularizadora Colombiana S.A., announces the setting of the amount and rate of the first batch issue of mortgage securities TIPS A PESOS N-18 corresponding to the securitization process through the issue TIPS PESOS N-18. See report attached.

We inform that the securitization process of mortgage loans (Issue TIPS Pesos N-18) in Colombian pesos will be taking place during April 2019. See the attached file.

We inform the subscription of the contract for the sale of mortgage loans with banks Davivienda and Bancolombia, in order to be securitized through the issue TIPS PESOS N-18 that will take place in April 2019.
