Titularizadora Colombiana hereby informs of the registration with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce of the increase in the Company’s subscribed and paid-in capital, as a result of the conversion upon maturity of the Mandatory Convertible Bonds into Shares (BOCEAS), issued through a private offering among shareholders in December 2023, an event previously disclosed through this channel on December 16, 2024. Consequently, the Company’s subscribed and paid-in capital increased from COP 66,360,491,000 to COP 67,883,133,000.
Titularizadora Colombiana hereby informs of the maturity of the Mandatory Convertible Bonds into Shares (BOCEAS), issued via a private offering among shareholders in December 2023. Upon redemption, the mandatory conversion will occur, resulting in the issuance of a total of 1,522,642 common shares of the Company, each with a par value of COP 1,000.00, to be distributed proportionally among all shareholders without altering their relative ownership percentages. As a result of the conversion process, the Company’s subscribed and paid-in capital will amount to COP 67,883,139,483.
