Titularizadora Colombiana reports on the compliance with the controls established in Resolution 116 of 2002 for the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting to be held on March 22, 2024. 

In compliance with the provisions of External Circular 031 of 2021 issued by the Financial Superintendency of Colombia, we transmit the draft chapter dedicated to practices, policies, processes, and indicators about social and environmental issues, including climate issues, which are to be disclosed, in the 2023 Year-End Management Report. Informs about the development of a securitization process of car loans in Colombian Pesos through the TIV V-5 Issue, to be conducted by the Titularizadora Colombiana S.A.

We inform that the contract for the administration of car loans with Finanzauto S.A. has been signed, in order to be securitized in the TIV V-5 issuance.
