Titularizadora Colombiana reports the decision adopted by the Board of Directors on October 17, 2024, regarding the appointment of a member to the Board Support Committee known as the Risk Committee (see attached report).

BRC Ratings - S&P Global S.A. SCV, in a periodic review, confirmed the long-term debt rating of the TIPS A N-14 of AAA. It also upgraded the rating of the TIPS B N-14 to A from A- and upgraded the rating of the TIPS Mz N-14 to BBB from BBB-. Additionally, it assigned a Positive Outlook to the B and Mz series.
