Relevant information

Titularizadora Colombiana S.A. informs of the decision of the Board of Directors at its meeting on June 20, 2024, regarding the designation of members to the Board of Directors' support committees (see annex). 

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings ¿ S&P Global, in Periodic Review, confirmed the ratings of TIPS B U-1, TIPS Mz U-1 and TIPS C U-1. It also assigned the negative outlook to the Mz series and maintained the negative outlook of the C series.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings S&P Global assigned the long-term debt rating to AAA's Tips Pesos A N-23. In addition, it assigned the AA rating to Tips Pesos B-1 N-23. Additionally, it assigned the BBB rating to Tips Pesos B-2 N-23.

SCV confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips UVR A U-3, upgraded the rating of the Tips Mz U-3 to A- from BBB+, and raised the rating of the Tips C U-3 to BB+ from BB. Additionally, the Mz series was removed from the negative CreditWatch status.

SCV confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips UVR A U-4, upgraded the rating of the Tips B U-4 to A+ from A, raised the rating of the Tips Mz U-4 to BBB+ from BBB, and increased the rating of the Tips C U-4 to BBB- from BB+. Additionally, the Mz series was removed from the negative CreditWatch status.
