The Board of Directors of the Titularizadora approved financial statements for the end of the year 2022, the year-end Management Report, Profit Distribution Project, and the date of the Ordinary General shareholders ‘Meeting for March 24 at 9:00 a.m.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings S&P Global S. A. SCV upgraded the rating of Tips Pesos B N-9 to AA- from A+. In addition, it upgraded the Mz N-9 and C N-9 series ratings to A and BBB+ from A- and BBB, respectively. On the other hand, it gave loss of validity to the qualification of the series A N-9 for the total payment of this.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings S&P, in Periodic Review, confirmed the ratings of the TIPS A2 N-18, TIPS Mz N-18 and TIPS C N-18. It also rose to A+ from A that of the TIPS B N-18 and removed the negative outlook of the Mz and C series.
