BRC Ratings ¿ S&P Global S.A. SCV discloses the technical document corresponding to the Periodic Review of the TIPS UVR U-1.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings ¿ S&P Global, in Periodic Review, confirmed the ratings of TIPS B U-1, TIPS Mz U-1 and TIPS C U-1. It also assigned the negative outlook to the Mz series and maintained the negative outlook of the C series.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings S&P Global assigned the long-term debt rating to AAA's Tips Pesos A N-23. In addition, it assigned the AA rating to Tips Pesos B-1 N-23. Additionally, it assigned the BBB rating to Tips Pesos B-2 N-23.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings S&P Global upgraded the rating of the Tips Pesos B N-9 to AAA from AA. Additionally, it raised the rating of the Mz series to AA from A and removed the positive outlook. Furthermore, it increased the rating of the C series to A from BBB+ and also removed the positive outlook.

The Technical Committee of BRC Ratings – S&P Global S. A. SCV confirmed the long-term debt rating of AAA for the Tips UVR A U-3, upgraded the rating of the Tips Mz U-3 to A- from BBB+, and raised the rating of the Tips C U-3 to BB+ from BB. Additionally, the Mz series was removed from the negative CreditWatch status.
